Leave a message for someone who is not online.
Operators only. This section is for IRC operators.
Memos are short messages kept by MemoServ until the person reads them. They work for nicknames and for rooms.
Send

A room memo goes to the people on the room's access list (who may send is set with MEMOLEVEL).

You are told when you have new memos as soon as you identify.
