CR Share
Files and images, without leaving the room. Drop a file, paste a picture or tap +, and a short .crorg link appears in the chat.
One button. Any file.
The upload lives in the chat, not in a separate app. There is nothing to install and nowhere else to sign in.
Drop, paste or tap +
Drag a file onto the message box, paste a picture, or use + on a phone. Pdf, zip, video, images: any file type.
A link that stays in chat
The room gets a short .crorg link. It has no public page; a click inside the Web Chat creates a short-lived passthrough for that session.
Temporary by design
Links last 3, 7 or 32 days. Then the file is deleted. No archive, no backup, no permanent file host.
Every edition, with room to grow.
Uploads need an account on every plan. Files are temporary, never an archive.
Where it helps.
Anywhere people already talk and need to pass a file.
Design teams
Drop a comp, a PDF or a screen recording into the room. Nobody leaves the chat to find it.
Support
A customer sends a log or a screenshot, and the link stays with the conversation instead of in a separate inbox.
Communities
Share a file without setting up a file host. It expires when the link does.
CR Share questions.
Why do I need an account to upload?
CR Share keeps anonymous drops off the network. Every plan, including Free, requires an account; the account that uploads owns the file and can delete it.
Can a link be opened outside the chat?
No. The .crorg link has no public page and does not resolve publicly. Clicking it inside the Web Chat creates a short-lived, session-bound passthrough; people outside the chat cannot use it.
How long are files kept?
Three days on Free, seven days on Professional, 32 days on Enterprise. Files are deleted at expiry, or earlier for abuse or legal reasons. CR Share is temporary transfer storage, not an archive; keep your own copy of anything important.
Can I upload from my phone?
Yes. Tap the + button beside the message box and pick a photo or file; the link is sent to the room automatically.
Do I need to install anything?
No. CR Share runs inside the Web Chat. There is no separate app or extension.
Share it in the room.
Files and images, with links that stay in the chat. Pick a room and send the first one.
