Join, leave and run rooms.

/join #room [key] | Join a room, creating it if it does not exist. |
/part [#room] [reason] | Leave a room. |
/topic #room [text] | Show or change the topic. |
/mode #room [modes] | Show or change modes. |
/kick #room nick [reason] | Remove someone. |
/ban nick / /unban nick | Ban or unban. |
/bans | Show the ban list. |
/invite nick #room | Invite someone. |
/op /deop /voice /devoice | Change status. |
/list | Find rooms. |
