Tutorial: build a moderation team

1. Founder: you. Keep the founder nickname private and strongly protected.
2. SOPs: one or two deputies who may add and remove helpers. /cs SOP #room ADD deputy.
3. AOPs: your active moderators. /cs AOP #room ADD mod1.
4. VOPs: trusted regulars.
5. UOPs: members you want to be able to join even in restricted rooms.

Rules for the team

• Only registered, identified nicknames are on the lists. Check with /cs WHY #room nick.
• Warn, kick, ban, in that order.
• Say why in the kick reason.
• Do not leave people opped who are no longer active: /cs AOP #room DEL nick.

When trust breaks

/cs MDEOP #room
/cs AOP #room WIPE
/cs SET #room FOUNDER safenick

MDEOP takes everyone's operator status away, WIPE clears a list (SOP or founder), and FOUNDER hands the room over.
